Ive had the Exobelt V for a couple weeks now. The exobelt does the job I bought it for.

Pros.
1. I cant pull out
2. easy to hide under normal clothing/underwear
3. easy to install
4. easy to keep clean
5. I can work out in it with no problems and easy to hide under gym shorts
6. Comfort is a plus. Night erections are lesser than the CB belt I had

Cons.
1. still get some night erection pain, but not as much
2. takes time to get the correct fit. ( i know i know, must be patient)
3. Trim or shave before wearing device. Hair can pinch inbetween rings.
4. I wish it had plastic parts. I can replace with plastic locking strips,
but wish it came with the device

If you use the smaller ring, you might have to sand a little off the
bottom to make more room in the ball chamber before tucking the nuts back.
This will give you more room and more comfort. Jenny offered to do this for
me but since the plastic is soft I was able to do it with a nail file.
Locked in 1 1/2 weeks with no comfort of pull out issues so far.
