I have not worn it, but I have seen it in person. I had never seen the original KTB so I have nothing to compare it to in that sense, but I was shown this device by a Dominatrix friend of mine when she was visiting Florida.

It is larger than I had expected it to be, and the teeth are not as razor like as I expected, though I'm absolutely certain it would be quite effective in deterring any arousal while locked.

He even sent me the size chart to choose carefully the size of the KTB (of course, being a noob I knew that I had to go for the moderate one). took 4 days to make, and 4-5 days to be delivered to my courier service in Florida (I live outside of the US). After two weeks of delivery to my country, I finally have it in my hands.

I couldn't be more pleased with this device. I ordered the moderate one (there are 3 versions: moderate, intense and severe). When I first saw it I was unimpressed with the teeths in the stainless steel bracelet, but after sterilizing it putting it on I realized my mistake. A sudden erection showed me that the tiny teeths of the moderate version are really good at their work, I had to kneel to the floor when I tried to endure the pain (and I am just like Happily_locked, when I got bitten by the KTB, the pain arouses me more, so I'm in pain for more time than I should). From first reading about the Kali's Teeth Bracelet on the TPE website I've been fascinated by it.

I ordered & rec'd mine back in December - didn't take very long at all. Have given feedback but in a different forum. when I first got it I thought - I wouldn't be able manage wearing it - first few times couldn't get it on - as I kept erecting in anticipation.

First thing I've noticed that Mark (the manufacturer) has renamed as previously were:- Mild/Regular/Severe - but now : Moderate, Intense and Severe.

Prior to ordering I was unsure as to which to order, in the end I went for the Regular now - Intense.

At first I was quite impressed @ metalfenix for wearing his for 5 days - but then realised that he'd got the Moderate (previously Mild).

So far the longest I have worn mine for is about 36 hrs - so perhaps will see if I can go for longer. Yeap Pete, I have the moderate (formerly known as mild) version. How did you managed to get through night with the intense KTB on? hell, during my 7 days trial I was awakened many times during the night thanks to my sudden night erections (very painful by the way). Apologies - I thought I'd already posted a reply. I seemed to sleep through OK, although tend to wake up quite early with a painful erection.

Anyway a couple of weeks on - I have tried again & so far it has been 3 days - in fact yesterday morning it woke me up @ 04.44 - I remember exactly the time. I was fine after going to the loo & went back to sleep.
