1- In order to ease the wearing, I advise you to lubricate inside the ring and tube as well as the skin with a good quality water-based lubricant before fitting the cage.

-2 Push the two testicles, one by one, through the ring. It is easier to keep the cage tube aside to proceed.

3- You can now pass the penis through the ring and align the cage in its final position, the tube at the top.

4- Pull the tube upward and slide the penis inside it.

5- Place the closing strap around the ring and through the lower silicone stem then adjust it on the closing pin.

You can then remove the lubricant with some soapy water, dry it off...and give the keys to your KH!

6- You can now lock you up...
